Gift Approval Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy
This Gift Approval Policy explains how gift suggestions, approvals, and purchases are handled as part of the Never Forgetti subscription. It ensures clarity around what is approved, when payment occurs, and how changes or non‑responses are managed.
2. Gift Suggestions
Before each registered occasion, Never Forgetti will source and curate a gift suggestion based on the information you provide, including recipient preferences, budget, and occasion type. Suggestions are sent via email and may include images, descriptions, and an outlined price.
While we aim to recommend thoughtful, appropriate gifts, final approval always rests with you.
3. Approval Required
No gift will be purchased, wrapped, or dispatched without your explicit approval and payment.
Approval is completed by:
Clicking the approval link in the email; and
Completing payment for the approved gift.
Once approval and payment are received, the gift moves into preparation and delivery.
4. Approval Deadlines
Each gift invitation includes a clear approval cut off. This deadline is set to allow sufficient time for sourcing, preparation, and delivery.
If approval is not received by the cut off:
The gift will not be purchased
No payment will be taken
Never Forgetti bears no responsibility for the occasion being missed due to a subscribers failure to complete payment.
Should a payment not be received by the cut off date, your subscription remains active for future occasions.
5. Changes After Approval
After approval and payment:
Changes to the gift selection cannot be guaranteed
Requests to change delivery details may be accommodated where possible, but delays or extra fees may apply
If a gift is unavailable after approval (e.g. supplier stock issues), we will contact you with an alternative option or refund.
6. Pricing Confirmation
The price shown at approval is a GST‑inclusive final price, unless otherwise stated. This includes the gift and standard preparation costs. Additional charges (such as urgent courier or special requests) will be clearly disclosed before payment.
7. Cancellations
A gift may be cancelled for a refund only if cancellation occurs before dispatch. Once the gift has been dispatched, cancellations are not available. Refunds follow our Refunds, Shipping & Cancellations Policy.
8. Quality & Expectations
Never Forgetti sources gifts from trusted suppliers and aims to maintain a premium standard of presentation. However, minor variations in packaging or product styling may occur due to supplier availability.
9. Responsibility & Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring:
Recipient names and addresses are correct
Occasion dates are accurate
Preferences and budgets are up to date
Never Forgetti is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or outdated information provided by you.
