1. Overview
Never Forgetti coordinates the preparation, wrapping, and delivery of gifts on behalf of our subscribers. Delivery is arranged only after you approve and pay for a gift. This policy explains how shipping works, delivery timeframes, and what happens if something goes wrong.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within New Zealand only. Deliveries may be made to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes and rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on:
Gift availability
Wrapping and preparation time
Delivery location
Courier capacity and external factors (e.g. weather, public holidays)
Estimated delivery windows will be provided where possible, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. We recommend approving gifts early, especially during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
4. Gift Preparation
Once you approve a gift:
We source the item
Prepare premium gift wrapping
Arrange dispatch via a reputable courier
Preparation time is included in the delivery estimate and may vary depending on the gift.
5. Courier Services & Tracking
We use trusted New Zealand courier services. Tracking information will be provided where available. Once a gift has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and operating conditions.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Risk in delivery transfers once the gift is dispatched. Deliveries within New Zealand are subject to standard carrier terms, which may limit carrier liability for loss or damage in transit. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third‑party couriers beyond our reasonable control.
Additional insurance or alternative delivery options may be available on request for high‑value gifts.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a gift is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
We will assist in resolving the issue where possible
Additional courier or re‑delivery fees may apply
Delivery dates may be impacted
8. Missed Deliveries
If a recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:
Leave the package in a safe place
Leave a calling card
Redeliver or hold the item at a depot
These actions are determined by the courier, not by Never Forgetti.
9. Peak Periods & Delays
During peak gifting periods or events outside our control (weather, supply chain disruption, courier backlogs), delays may occur. We are not liable for such delays but will communicate openly and assist where possible.
10. Damaged or Lost Items
If a gift arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Provide photos and delivery details where applicable
We will liaise with the supplier or courier to seek a resolution
Any remedies will be handled in line with New Zealand consumer law and courier policies.
